We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Developer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the healthcare sector and developing strategic partnerships to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential business opportunities in the healthcare market
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurers, and government agencies
- Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of business development efforts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry in Dubai and the Middle East region
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
