We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business decisions through in-depth analysis of data and providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to optimize data collection and reporting processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics
- Mentor and train junior analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge in business intelligence and data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
