We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Dubai within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting within the energy industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business intelligence reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making processes within the organization
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and implement data-driven solutions
- Drive the adoption of data analytics tools and best practices across the organization
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to business intelligence and data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- [X] years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience working in the energy industry is preferred but not required
