Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Business Manager Consultant to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the education sector. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of business management principles, a passion for education, and a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance. This position is pivotal in shaping our consulting offerings and ensuring that our clients receive innovative solutions tailored to their unique challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with educational institutions to develop and implement strategic plans that align with their goals and objectives. Provide insights into market trends, competitor analysis, and best practices in the education sector.

- Consultation and Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on operational improvements, program development, and resource allocation. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support client teams.

- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple consulting projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and outcomes.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, government officials, and educational organizations. Foster collaboration to drive initiatives that benefit the education community.

- Performance Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of organizational performance and develop actionable recommendations for improvement. Utilize data analytics to measure the impact of implemented strategies.

- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in education. Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the sector.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing support and expertise to enhance their professional development. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans. Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and professional.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in business management consulting, preferably within the education sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing consulting projects and client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Familiarity with educational policies, regulations, and best practices in the UAE and the broader MENA region is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
