We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Manager to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Dubai. As a Senior Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations, strategic planning, and financial performance of the manufacturing division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the manufacturing division
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure operational excellence and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve overall performance
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive decision-making
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on the division's performance and progress towards goals

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- [5-8] years of experience in a senior management role within the manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of financial principles and budget management
