We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing effective solutions to enhance the efficiency of our pharmaceutical operations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the analysis of existing business systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Develop and implement strategic solutions to enhance business processes and systems
- Design and execute test cases to ensure the successful implementation of new systems
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems
- Train and mentor junior analysts on best practices and industry standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
