We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Category Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in category management, strategic sourcing, and vendor management within the telecommunications sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category strategies to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and enhance overall value for the organization
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, service levels, and contract terms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align category strategies with business objectives and drive continuous improvement
- Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage
- Manage supplier relationships and performance through regular reviews, KPI tracking, and issue resolution
- Conduct regular spend analysis and identify opportunities for consolidation, standardization, and cost optimization
- Drive compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards across the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- [X] years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement within the telecommunications industry
- Proven track record of delivering cost savings, process improvements, and value creation through strategic category management
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus
