We are looking for an experienced Senior Category Manager to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the Construction category. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and category management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of driving cost savings and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement category strategies for the Construction category, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Identify cost savings opportunities and drive continuous improvement in category performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on category strategies and objectives
- Lead supplier relationship management activities, including performance reviews and risk assessments
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and risks
- Manage supplier contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to junior category managers and procurement teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
