We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chemist to join our Education team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry, with a focus on research and development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and experiments to develop new products and improve existing ones
- Analyze and interpret data to draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior chemists and laboratory technicians
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality and compliance with regulations
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in chemistry by attending conferences and workshops
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all research and experiments
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a research and development role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and protocols
- Experience working in an educational setting is a plus
