We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Claims Adjuster to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims processing and resolving complex claims in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate and process complex insurance claims for our clients in the Financial Services industry
- Review policy coverage and determine the validity of claims
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders, claimants, and attorneys
- Analyze and interpret insurance policies to ensure accurate claim processing
- Work closely with internal departments to gather necessary information and documentation for claims processing
- Provide guidance and support to junior claims adjusters as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims processed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in claims adjusting within the Financial Services industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
