We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claims Adjuster to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate and evaluate complex claims related to aerospace and defense projects
- Analyze policy coverage and determine the extent of liability
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and third-party vendors
- Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and legal counsel
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior claims adjusters
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- [X] years of experience in claims adjusting in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance principles and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
