We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of clinical research projects related to consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical research protocols for consumer goods products
- Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to study protocols
- Manage and train junior clinical research associates
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of clinical trials
- Collect and analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
- Participate in audits and inspections as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- [Random number] years of experience in clinical research, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and clinical research software
