We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Dubai. As a Senior CRA, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing clinical research studies related to agriculture products and technologies.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical research protocols for agriculture-related studies
- Conduct site visits to monitor and ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements
- Manage study timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Prepare and review study documentation, including informed consent forms and case report forms
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, regulatory affairs, and external vendors
- Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the study process
- Assist in the analysis and interpretation of study results
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in clinical research

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. agriculture, biology, or related field)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Strong knowledge of GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with electronic data capture systems and clinical trial management software
