We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conducting clinical research within the telecommunications industry. This role will involve overseeing and managing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing support to the research team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing clinical research studies within the telecommunications industry
- Managing all aspects of clinical trials, including protocol development, site selection, and monitoring
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of research projects
- Providing support and training to junior clinical research associates
- Analyzing and interpreting data from clinical trials to inform decision-making processes
- Presenting research findings to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research within the telecommunications industry
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite
