We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Dubai. As a Senior CRA, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing clinical trials in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor multiple clinical trials in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
- Coordinate with investigators, study coordinators, and other site personnel to ensure proper conduct of studies
- Perform site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits
- Review and verify clinical data and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Develop and maintain study documentation, including protocols, case report forms, and study reports
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including sponsors, investigators, and regulatory authorities
- Lead and mentor junior clinical research associates

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, preferably in life sciences or healthcare
- Minimum [6-8] years of experience in clinical research in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in oncology or other therapeutic areas
- Proficiency in GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
