We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Communications Consultant to join our healthcare organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications and public relations within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote the organization's services and initiatives
- Manage all internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and social media
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, government agencies, and community organizations
- Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify trends and opportunities for proactive communication
- Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership on communication issues and crisis management
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Lead and mentor a team of communications professionals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, with at least 3 years in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of healthcare trends and issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing a team of communications professionals
