### Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Communications Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the construction industry. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing communication strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage stakeholders, and support our business objectives.

### Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Communication Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance stakeholder engagement.
- Identify key messages and create tailored communication materials for various audiences, including clients, partners, and the media.

- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on communication-related matters.

- Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality content for a range of platforms, including press releases, newsletters, social media, website updates, and internal communications.
- Ensure all communications reflect the company's values and adhere to branding guidelines.

- Media Relations:
- Cultivate relationships with journalists and industry influencers to promote the company’s initiatives and achievements.
- Manage media inquiries and coordinate press events, ensuring consistent messaging and positive media coverage.

- Crisis Communication:
- Assist in developing crisis communication plans and provide timely and effective responses to media and public inquiries during critical situations.
- Monitor public sentiment and media coverage, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Event Management:
- Plan and execute internal and external events, such as conferences, workshops, and client meetings, to enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up communications for events.

- Performance Measurement:
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies through metrics and feedback, adjusting tactics as necessary to meet objectives.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on communication activities, outcomes, and strategic recommendations.

### Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Experience in media relations and crisis communication.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
