We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Communications Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications and public relations, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that support the overall business objectives of the organization
- Manage all internal and external communications, including press releases, media relations, and social media
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, industry associations, and government agencies
- Oversee the creation of all communication materials, such as presentations, reports, and website content
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, and provide regular reports to senior management
- Lead crisis communication efforts and serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization during times of crisis
- Manage a team of communications professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication strategy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a communications role, preferably within the energy industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful communication strategies
- Experience managing a team of communications professionals
- Knowledge of media relations and crisis communication best practices
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
