We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Real Estate team based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation analysis and design, with a focus on the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of compensation and benefits programs within the real estate sector
- Develop and implement competitive compensation structures and incentive programs to attract and retain top talent
- Analyze market trends and benchmarking data to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation data
- Provide guidance and support to senior management on compensation strategies and policies
- Lead compensation reviews and salary planning processes
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
