Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement competitive compensation strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives specific to the agriculture sector.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and benchmarking to evaluate the competitiveness of compensation packages. Utilize data from relevant sources to ensure our compensation structures meet industry standards.
- Salary Structure Management: Design and maintain salary structures, job classifications, and grading systems that reflect the organization’s compensation philosophy and are compliant with local labor laws.
- Job Evaluation: Perform job evaluations and develop job descriptions to ensure accurate classification and appropriate compensation for all positions within the organization.
- Data Analysis: Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for compensation adjustments, bonuses, and incentive plans.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management on compensation trends, salary surveys, and the effectiveness of compensation programs.
- Policy Development: Develop and update compensation policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of compensation programs with overall human resource strategies.
- Employee Communication: Assist in communicating compensation policies and programs to employees, addressing inquiries, and providing guidance on compensation-related matters.
- Project Management: Lead or participate in special projects related to compensation, including system implementations, compensation reviews, and other initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field, preferably within the agriculture sector or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations in the UAE and the broader Middle East region.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
