We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Configuration Manager to join our manufacturing team in Sharjah. The Senior Configuration Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of configuration management within the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement configuration management processes and procedures to ensure the accurate and timely configuration of products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze configuration requirements
- Maintain configuration control over product design, documentation, and changes
- Manage the configuration of software, hardware, and other components
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with configuration management processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues as they arise
- Provide guidance and training to team members on configuration management best practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in configuration management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
