We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our manufacturing facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction projects within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
- Manage and lead a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process, finding suitable resolutions
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on manufacturing projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
