Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Content Strategist to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of content strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement across various retail channels. You will play a crucial role in shaping our content vision, ensuring that it aligns with our overall business objectives and resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with our retail goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the retail sector.

2. Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across multiple platforms, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, website, and in-store materials.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to produce compelling content that drives brand awareness and customer loyalty.

3. Audience Insights and Engagement:
- Utilize data analytics and customer insights to inform content decisions and optimize engagement strategies.
- Develop audience personas and journey maps to tailor content to various customer segments.

4. Performance Measurement:
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of content initiatives and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Analyze content performance and iterate strategies based on data-driven insights.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Act as a content consultant for internal teams, providing guidance on best practices and content optimization.

6. Team Leadership:
- Mentor and lead a team of content creators, providing direction and support to foster professional growth.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful content delivery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related role, preferably within the retail sector.
- Proven track record of developing successful content strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and measure content performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the retail landscape in the UAE is an advantage.
