Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation and logistics, with a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth. This role will be pivotal in managing customer relationships, ensuring successful onboarding, and providing ongoing support to maximize customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their business needs and objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.

- Onboarding & Training: Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they are well-equipped to use our services effectively. Provide training sessions and materials to enhance customer understanding and engagement.

- Customer Success Strategy: Design and implement customer success strategies to drive product adoption, retention, and expansion. Monitor customer health metrics and develop action plans to address any potential issues.

- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions to help improve service offerings.

- Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track customer usage patterns and success metrics. Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders to communicate progress and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Escalation Management: Proactively identify and address customer issues before they escalate. Manage and resolve escalated customer complaints with professionalism and urgency.

- Advocacy and Upselling: Act as a customer advocate within the organization. Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and features that align with customer needs.

- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in transportation and logistics. Share insights with customers and internal teams to drive innovation and enhance service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role within the transportation and logistics sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools.
