We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Delivery Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the agriculture industry. The Senior Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of agricultural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the client's expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Lead a team of project managers and coordinators to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct regular project reviews to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the agriculture industry and market trends
