We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Delivery Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the energy industry and a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of large-scale energy projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes
- Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional growth and development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
