We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design team in developing innovative and creative design concepts for construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs meet client requirements and project objectives
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and according to specifications
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior designers and drafters
- Stay current on industry trends, construction methods, and materials to ensure designs are cutting-edge and sustainable
- Coordinate with external consultants and vendors to source materials and resources for projects
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and reviews to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction design, with a focus on commercial and residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai is preferred
