We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director of Engineering to lead our engineering team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the energy industry and a proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop and implement engineering strategies to optimize energy production and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure engineering projects align with overall company goals
- Oversee the design and implementation of new energy technologies and systems
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong project management skills and experience managing large engineering projects
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of energy industry regulations and standards
- Experience working in the Middle East region preferred
