We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Engineering to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in Real Estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and construction management, with a proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all engineering projects within the organization, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Develop and implement engineering strategies to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure engineering projects align with overall business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential
- Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely project delivery
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve engineering processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- [X] years of experience in engineering and construction management, with at least [X] years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in Dubai
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
