We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Finance to join our team in Al Ain within the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in finance management and leadership roles.

As the Senior Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies to drive the company's growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead the finance team in developing and implementing financial strategies to achieve company goals.
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
- Manage financial reporting and analysis to provide insights to the executive team for decision-making.
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and drive operational efficiency.
- Provide financial guidance and support to the executive team on key business decisions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- [5-8] years of experience in finance management roles, preferably in the Energy sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and strategic planning.
- Experience with financial systems and tools.
