We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Senior Director of Human Resources to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within the retail industry and a proven track record of implementing successful HR strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to ensure high performance and employee engagement
- Work closely with senior management to identify and address key HR issues and challenges
- Drive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Develop and manage HR budgets and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- [X] years of experience in HR management, with at least [X] years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Dubai
