We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team in the energy sector in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive the growth of our business in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services in the energy sector.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives in the energy sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
