We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Marketing to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives in the healthcare sector
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify market opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry in Dubai and the UAE
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
