We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Marketing to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the education sector. As the Senior Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive enrollment, increase brand awareness, and enhance the overall reputation of our educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve enrollment targets and increase market share.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to create and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with the overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Manage the marketing budget and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including media outlets, advertising agencies, and industry influencers.
- Stay updated on best practices in marketing and education to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in the education sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth.
