We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Product Management to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Consumer Goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a proven track record of success in developing and launching consumer products in the market.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the product management team, providing guidance and mentorship to drive product strategy and development.
- Develop and implement product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer needs and trends, and leverage insights to inform product strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure product requirements are met and products are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor product performance and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings and drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing consumer products in the market.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving product innovation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
