Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy Development: Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the product portfolio aligned with the company’s overall business objectives in the healthcare sector.

- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of product managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing offerings.

- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to development, launch, and post-launch performance analysis, ensuring alignment with market demands and regulatory requirements.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product development and market entry.

- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and ensure that products meet market needs.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize product development and marketing efforts.

- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, and utilize data to drive continuous improvement and decision-making.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all products meet relevant healthcare regulations and standards, working closely with legal and compliance teams.

- Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader in the healthcare product space, representing the company at industry conferences, seminars, and other networking events.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- 5-8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on healthcare products or services.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing healthcare products in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and market dynamics.

- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
