We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior eCommerce Manager to lead our online retail operations in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our eCommerce platform, overseeing online sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive online sales and customer acquisition
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management
- Analyze eCommerce performance metrics and provide insights to optimize sales and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and supply chain, to ensure a seamless online shopping experience
- Stay current on industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Lead a team of eCommerce specialists and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure team success

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing, and analytics tools
- Proven track record of driving online sales and revenue growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
