We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Environmental Scientist to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in environmental science, with a focus on real estate development and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct environmental assessments and impact studies for real estate projects
- Develop and implement environmental management plans
- Ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to incorporate sustainable practices into project designs
- Provide guidance and support on environmental best practices to project teams
- Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in environmental sustainability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in environmental science, with a focus on real estate
- Proficient in environmental assessment tools and software
- Strong understanding of local and international environmental regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
