We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ERP Consultant to join our team in Ajman within the Aerospace and Defense industry. As a Senior ERP Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, customization, and optimization of ERP systems for our clients in the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and design ERP solutions that meet their needs.
- Lead the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems.
- Customize ERP software to align with clients' specific industry requirements and business objectives.
- Provide training and support to end-users on ERP system functionality and best practices.
- Conduct system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in ERP technology to provide clients with innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- [6-8] years of experience in ERP system implementation and customization.
- Strong knowledge of ERP software, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience working in the Aerospace and Defense industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
