We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ERP Consultant to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and optimizing ERP systems within the Consumer Goods industry.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of ERP systems, including gathering requirements, configuring the system, and training end users
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement through the implementation of ERP solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of ERP systems
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ERP systems, including troubleshooting technical issues and implementing upgrades
- Develop and deliver training programs for end users to ensure successful adoption of ERP systems
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in ERP systems to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing ERP systems, preferably within the Consumer Goods industry
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of successfully implementing ERP systems and driving process improvements
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
