We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, particularly within the healthcare industry, and possess excellent leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage the financial planning and analysis process, including identifying key performance indicators and monitoring financial performance
- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular updates on financial performance to senior management
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other financial stakeholders
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure high performance and professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a senior finance position
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the UAE
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
