Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, particularly within the agriculture sector.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic guidance to senior management
- Manage cash flow and ensure optimal utilization of resources
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions
- Lead the finance team and provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, CFA, or similar certification is preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices in the agriculture industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
