We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our construction company based in Ras Al Khaimah. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the organization, providing strategic guidance to senior management, and ensuring the company's financial health and stability.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize the company's financial performance
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Manage cash flow and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making by senior management
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards
- Supervise a team of finance professionals and provide guidance and training as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
