### Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Fund Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in the Information Technology sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of IT funds, driving investment strategies, and ensuring optimal performance to meet the financial objectives of our clients and stakeholders.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of a portfolio of technology-focused investment funds, including evaluating performance, risk, and return metrics. Develop and implement investment strategies that align with market trends and organizational goals.

- Investment Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis to identify new investment opportunities within the IT sector. Evaluate potential investments through rigorous due diligence processes, including financial modeling and valuation assessments.

- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders. Communicate investment strategies, performance updates, and market insights effectively to ensure alignment with client expectations.

- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess portfolio performance against benchmarks and industry standards. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and strategic recommendations.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with investment decisions and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of junior fund managers and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance on investment strategies and professional development opportunities.

- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and macroeconomic factors that could impact the IT investment landscape. Share insights with the team and incorporate findings into investment strategies.

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (CFA, CAIA, etc.) is preferred.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in fund management, investment analysis, or a related finance role, with a focus on the Information Technology sector.

- Proven track record of managing investment portfolios and achieving superior returns.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, investment analysis tools, and portfolio management software.

- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
