Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Senior Graphic Designer in the telecommunications sector, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visual identity and communication strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that resonate with our target audience and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Development: Create compelling and visually appealing designs for a variety of projects including marketing materials, digital content, social media graphics, website elements, presentations, and internal communications.

- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms and materials. Develop style guides and design templates to maintain brand coherence.

- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and sales teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with business objectives. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies when necessary.

- User-Centric Design: Utilize user experience (UX) principles to create designs that enhance user interaction and satisfaction. Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and improve design effectiveness.

- Innovation & Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the graphic design and telecommunications industry. Propose innovative design solutions that leverage emerging trends.

- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior designers, helping to develop their skills and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industries.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with a focus on branding, digital media, and print.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
