Position Overview:
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and products. You will work closely with the marketing and product development teams to create compelling designs that resonate with our target audience. This position requires a creative thinker with a strong portfolio and a deep understanding of design principles, trends, and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative design concepts for a wide range of marketing materials, including packaging, advertising, digital content, and promotional collateral.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all visual communications.
- Lead design projects from conception through to final production, ensuring high-quality outcomes within established timelines.
- Create engaging graphics and layouts for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design software to continuously enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the consumer goods sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with a focus on packaging, branding, and digital media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
