We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Implementation Manager to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of real estate projects from start to finish. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for real estate projects
- Coordinate with various internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
- Lead and mentor a team of implementation managers and project coordinators
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on project status and key performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards in the real estate industry
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and quality of construction projects
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for successful project launches

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5-8 years of experience in real estate project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale real estate projects from inception to completion
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
