We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Internal Controls Manager to join our team in Sharjah within the Pharmaceuticals industry. The Senior Internal Controls Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving the internal control systems within the organization to ensure compliance with regulations and safeguard assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing internal controls and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to the organization
- Monitor and analyze financial data to detect discrepancies or irregularities
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on internal control findings and recommendations
- Lead internal control audits and investigations as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address internal control issues and implement corrective actions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA, CMA, or CIA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in internal controls or audit roles
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal control software
