We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems and infrastructure, with a focus on consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users
- Implement and maintain software applications and hardware devices
- Monitor network performance and security, and implement necessary updates and upgrades
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve IT systems and processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in IT systems and infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of consumer goods industry and IT requirements
- Proficiency in network administration, system management, and cybersecurity
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
