We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Specialist to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems and infrastructure, with a focus on security and compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all IT systems and infrastructure within the organization
- Develop and implement security protocols to protect sensitive information and data
- Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Provide technical support and assistance to staff members as needed
- Oversee the installation and configuration of new hardware and software
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems are aligned with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies to make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems and infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in the Aerospace and Defense industry is a plus
